A libido cloth enhanced for capturing others. Amplifies Watanabe's desire to kidnap. A wire with wrist cuffs is thrown at the target's neck or limbs to capture them. Its range is up to 15 meters. Once the cuffs are latched, they cannot be unlocked without the attached key. It can be used not only as a tool for capturing others, but also as a striking or strangulation weapon like a weighted chain. The wire is made of metal and has high tensile strength, but it is thin and can be cut with pliers.
